Guests were thrilled. Chicken on a stick was the best. The many vegetarian guests discovered Roma pizza  with plain red sauce and were thrilled. Salads were generous and fresh. Oh my goodness the Italian pastry plate was incredible. We were happy to be able to take good care of our guests thanks to the excellence of Roma.

We were in the area for a soccer tournament on Sunday and we were looking for a place to eat (not much of a fast food family). We stopped in at your bakery and the girl explained that on Sundays you don't have a lunch menu which is fine, so she mentioned that we could do it ourselves, bread and coldcuts. This young lady went above and beyond to help us out. I wish I had got her name so you could recognize her. Food was great also thank you for having us. CBC Hamilton Event featuring Roma Pizza http: //www. In Memoriam: Augustino (Gus) Restivo. We lost one of our own today. Beloved by so many Gus passed away peacefully 3: 3. Gus was known throughout this city greeting everyone with kindness and good humour. He helped countless with whatever they needed.

Be it a friendly smile, a few dollars but mostly with his boundless encouragement and enthusiasm. Everyone here is stricken at his passing and he has left a hole in our hearts never to be filled. If a great man can be humble this was such a man. He tutored so many young kids who got their first jobs at Roma and have gone on to much success and stop by once in a while to say hello and ask after their favourite Uncle Gus. We ask that you not forget him and pass on the goodness that he believed was the simple answer to a complicated world. He was a man of action and a man of deeds and I will miss his counsel because he was also my Uncle and my most trusted friend.
